Our Story
The Founders of the project met in 2003 and joined forces to establish international businesses together. They share many digital businesses and they have ventured on various real estate projects.
Constructing beautiful spaces is a hobby and passion for them; therefore, they look at projects a bit differently than other real estate investors.
Janos Muranyi
His main role of the project is managing contractors and making sure the execution goes as planned.
Gershon Nagy
His main role of the project is managing the concept, the design and creative process and overseeing the sales.
Budaliget Villas
It all started by a search for a family home. Initially the search was for a luxurious villa that matches the International design standards, that was created with great taste, timeless design principles, state of the art technology and excellent quality. And all this at a reasonable value proposition in a prominent district of Buda. Unfortunately such a villa was nowhere to be found in Budapest. So the plan had to change.
The search continued for the perfect plot which was large enough for the construction of such a luxurious, minimum 350+ m2 sized villa with large enough garden for a properly sized pool. The location had to be in the best residential area of Buda, the neighborhood had to feature great international education, relatively close proximity to the city center, green surroundings, clean air and a peaceful wealthy suburban area with all the amenities needed for a luxurious living.
The search wasn’t easy, but we found the last 11 available plots of District II where such construction can happen. Then we had a dream; to build something unique and exceptional in Budapest, something that is one of a kind and never seen before. This is how the concept of the boutique community of Budaliget Villas started to unfold. Creating beautiful spaces is a passion and hobby for us. This is not a way of making our living, but a way of creating lasting bits in life that provide happiness and joy for generations besides being exceptional investments. We treat them as an artist treats its masterpiece.

Luxury villa construction in Spain
We are currently constructing a brand-new luxurious villa of 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms in the most prestigious La Caleta area of Tenerife, Spain. This is the first project we do in a different country. The villa is located on a 2200 m2 plot, and features 850m2 on 3 levels and the design is one of the most prominent of modern designs in Tenerife. Our job was to establish a second home for the owner at a great investment value. We have researched the best location, found the best plot, created the designs and currently overseeing the construction.
The was completed in 2021 and the total budget of the project is around 3.5 Million Euros. The owner of the project has already tripled the value of the plot since the project started in the past 2 years.
Luxury villa construction in Hungary
The villa is located at Lake Balaton, the famous holiday area for Hungarians. The project is located on a 2200m2 plot and features two buildings in the style of traditional countryside architecture with a modern touch to it. The main building is designed for a family of 5, and features 2 levels on 340m2. 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a study and an open-spaced kitchen, dining room, living room combo features this holiday home. The plot also features a guest house with two apartments of 90m2 each for guests of the family and a large outdoor pool with jacuzzi and a garden grill area. The project is currently waiting for the building permit to continue proceeding with the execution plan design. Our job was to establish a holiday home for the owner at a great investment value. We have research the best location, found the best plot, created the designs and currently managing the execution.
The expected finish of the project is 2023 Summer and the estimated budget is 1.5 Million Euros.
Luxury boutique hotel construction in Hungary
The location is Palóznak, the Hild architect prize awarded village on the Northern shore of Lake Balaton, probably one of the most beautiful traditional setting of the Balaton. We got the assignment to research and acquire the perfect plot, to create the designs and to do the architectural and business planning of the hotel. The challenge of the project was to create a design for the modern lifestyle while keeping the strict rules of the traditional architectural regulations of Palóznak.
For the satisfaction of the investor, the project was sold off from the design board at remarkable profit in 2019.
Apartment construction for Audi
Audi, the automotive company has one of the largest factory in Hungary. We have researched the best area, designed the buildings and executed a construction of two blocks with 20 apartments. The apartments serve as rental properties for Audi managers. The project was finished in 2016, all apartments got sold out even before the project was finished and all apartments are currently being monetized.
Luxury site construction
We have performed a construction of a gated community site in Győr. It featured an artificial lake and urbanization area of 49 plots around it. These properties was sold individually for the elite of Győr. The project value was over 10 Million EUR and all the lucky ones who purchased plots of the project have at least quadrupled their investment ever since.
Luxury villa construction
We have created an 800m2 single floor luxurious villa on a 10000m2 plot for a single family. The engineering concept of the villa was awarded as the “Best Construction of the Year”. The villa featured a Japanese style garden, an outdoor and indoor pool with spa, various water features, 2 dining rooms, 4 bedrooms, a huge library and study besides the usual spaces such as living room and kitchen. The project was completed in 2010 at a construction budget of around 2.4 Million Euros.
