External customizations
Material selection
Eleven villas - eleven unique configurations, no two will be the same. The future owners of the properties can choose from various material combinations to find the ones that match their style. The material combinations are being selected in a way that all eleven villas are unique in the looks but will also complement each other.
Lamellae selection
The motorized aluminum lamellae sections of the second floors are not only a bold statement, but also a design feature that sets the tone of the modern timeless design. We offer various lamellae styles and colors to choose from. This can add a unique but subtle touch to the look and feel of the most prominent design feature.

Functional customizations
Top-level floor plan
The future owner of the villa can decide to have a three or four bedrooms’ floor plan on the top floor. Opting for three bedrooms provides larger rooms, bathrooms and wardrobes while having four bedrooms is a smart choice for families with more children.
Bottom level floor plan
The future owner of the villa can decide to have parking space for two or three cars (where permits allow) or other space allocation options for recreation, storage or various entertainment purposes.
Bedrooms
Depending on the number of bedrooms, the future owner can decide to include en-suite bathrooms for all bedrooms or to offer some with shared ones.
