Drawing inspiration from its surroundings ARRCC has created a masterpiece that not only brilliantly connects the interior with the outside world, but also celebrates a timeless interior design approach, characterised by tranquillity and exclusivity.
The result is an effortless and restrained aesthetic that emphasizes simplicity and elegance and evoked through sharp, clean lines.
Kitchen and dining
While designing the floorplans of the villas our aim was to get the practicality of the traditional separated kitchens while still keeping the benefits of the American style layout as well. Villa Type A and B has a more separated layout with the option to place a dining area in the living room as well, while Villa C and D follows the American style standard.
Lounge and Entertainment
The beauty and honest allure of the design lies in its simplicity. An illusion of weightlessness, with elegance arising from materiality. The layout of the living rooms are broken into two separate functions; the main lounge area faces the surrounding natural landscape whilst the entertaining area comprises a multimedia wall that is hidden and replaced with the view of artworks when not in use.
Study or guest room
The beauty and honest allure of the design lies in its simplicity. Illusion of weightlessness. Elegance arising from materiality.
These days our home is also our office. With this in mind the study is not only a desk in the bedroom anymore, but a fully functional room with inspirational views of nature, direct access from the entrance area and a silent and private section of the villas where creativity can really flourish …
The study rooms are easily convertible into guest bedrooms, media or play rooms.
Master bedroom
The warm timber tones, clean lines and views of untouched nature conjures an intimate and engaging mood. Luxury, comfort and minimal detailing. Spectacular scenery completes the calm composition.
The variability of the bedrooms are unique to each and every customers. Some might want a walk in wardrobe, some might want a powder area, the options are endless and tailored to you.
Master bathroom
Bathrooms are for pampering. Luxurious materials, open but private layout makes the master bathrooms a perfect place for recharging after a long day or to get the starting groove in the mornings.
Other bedrooms and bathrooms
Each villa comes with 3 other optional bedrooms. This is the area where a rooms can be merged or separated to follow the lifeline of the kids growing up or any of them is easily converted into a lounge area, or any other usage that you might desire.
Other rooms and spaces
Other bedrooms, guest bathrooms, dressing areas, walkways, other spaces, the lower levels that are easily customizable based on your demand.
